When I purchase Broken Oaths, I knew it was going to be good. I mean come on! J.T. Cheyanne and V.L. Moon are phenomenal writers. Yet, I don't think I've ever read a book that made me feel like I was watching an action pack movie. Broken Oaths has everything you'd expect in a movie... The main characters, Theirry, Ryan, Orrin and Jay must deal with a multitude of problems. Starting with sexuality denial, un-forgiveness, betrayal, sabotage, murder and attempted murder just to name a few.. But when dealing with guys whose personal characteristics speaks of loyalty, integrity, determination, faith and love, there's no stopping them from getting their man. *winks* Literally and figuratively. Their willingness to take on anybody, including each other to get what or who they want and need was exactly what I'd expect from these guys. Written so realistically, I felt I was right there watching each scenario unfold. From the fights against their enemies, to the murder of a love one,to the greatest battle so many people fight with today. To be able to love who you love, without being judge for it. This book will steal your heart, keep you up late at night trying to get to the next chapter, *grins* and have you praying for their HEA! Because when all the dust settles, Love is Love... Oh my goodness, this book was wonderful. Intense, heart breaking, and the love story was wonderful. I can't recommend this book enough.. There are a few errors in editing but you can lol past that..
Broken Oath's i believe is a book that focuses on love and the challenges associated it. Yes this book crosses boundaries that maybe
some would say is taboo or extreme and for some maybe it is. I didn't see it that way. I felt the pain and confusion in Ryan. I thought this story was well written and very detailed. I loved Ryan and Thierry & Orrin and Jay. The end of the book says it all. Love is Love no matter what your faith is.
What can I say???? These two have done it again!!!! Just when you think you've found a new book boyfriend or two or three or heck a harmen in these two cases, they bring to life more men you want to love!!!
I did have the honor (a I don't say that lightly) to be a beta reader of this 5 star Masterpiece!!! Can I tell you I was sucked into the world JT and VL created within moments!
Both these incredible writers breathe life into Father Flynn, Orrin, Donovan and the others. They show the truthful struggles in whatnlies within wants of the body, and needs of the hearts.
These two authors amaze me with each book. This one....tops my favorites. It's a must read!!! And a read that will pull you in until the last word; just to leave you wishing for more.

I have read the authors before and was expecting an excellent read, but DAMN! The story was well paced, interesting, sexy, exciting and brought out so many more emotions, it was unbelieveable. I cried, I laughed, I wanted to slap a certain character upside his head more than once (sorry, no spoilers). The love story part was so deliciously satisfying and so very well written, I was in awe.
I know it sounds a little over the top, but until you read it and see for yourself, you will never know! Thanx VL and JT. Much Love.

If you are looking for a great read, which brings in a multitude of the issues facing the world today, then this is the book for you. On many levels this book touches the heart, soothes the soul, awakens the mind. Well written, great action, some of which begs the reader to shout out for more. Instantly, the 'alleged' bad guy makes you yearn for his freedom and even if you are not his flavour, you want to be HIS, to know him, you come to believe in him and his love. He stands out believably, and when you find that he has his eyes upon the Priest sent to hear his confessions, yeah... you are going to love him too! Ryan and Thierry, have stolen all that I am. A fan for life. READ THIS BOOK!
Thank you, V.L. Moon and J.T. Cheyanne for another outstanding, absolutely, amazing love story. You gave us two love stories for the price of one. JACKPOT!! At first, we get the strange relationship between Father Ryan and Agent Orrin. Their part of the story, in the beginning is complex and heartbreaking. Both men are abandoned, confused and severely damaged by life when they were young. These characters were written with such depth, that you fall in love with both of them and feel all of their emotions. Father Ryan Flynn is a very sexy, interesting, daring priest. Agent Orrin Hunt, who looks very young for his age, is straight forward, dedicated and has the ability to infiltrate street gangs. Commander Thierry Donovan is strong, sexy and a disgraced Naval Officer, falsely accused and convicted of a crime against the United States. Jaydan Callahan is a dark haired, green eyed, smart mouthed street thug gang leader. All of these men have a destiny to fulfill. They will need all their strength and each other.
This incredibly, captivating story has so many levels of intensity between Thierry and Ryan, with the fact that he is a dedicated priest. Then, Jay is struggling with his feelings of being in love with Orrin, when the only thing he's worried about is saving Thierry and Ryan. Did I forget to mention that the plot is this ingenious plan to take down the crooked Admiral and drug lord that falsely imprisoned Thierry. This story is completely captivating and will keep you glued to your seat. I couldn't put it down. The need to stop these animalistic criminals had me screaming and crying for the good guys. I cheered, I cried, I kicked a chair when the story wasn't going my way, but I loved every minute of it. I savored every emotion, every word and every sentence. This book was REMARKABLE!! The twists and turns of the relationships, plus the twists and turns of trying to keep everyone alive was suspenseful and exciting. 5 STARS is NOT ENOUGH STARS for this book. I just don't know how to describe how GREAT it is. This review doesn't do it justice. V.L. Moon and J.T. Cheyanne are the most dynamic duo of all time. Thank you and congratulations on a terrific novel. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!! THIS IS A MUST READ!!!!
